They choose their musical devices according to the ideas they want to express, drawing on elements of jazz, rock, folk and contemporary music. In the free and creative musical world of the band's energetic and disciplined playing, the pieces comes to life in a tangible way, each time filling a different fixed framework. They are now presenting their latest album, featuring compositions by the bandleader, István Baló. In the compositions performed, improvisations – like a river in a riverbed – often intertwine to connect the pre-written themes, giving the musicians the opportunity to put their creative skills, creativity and energy at the service of the music, listening to the musical processes and each other.
Table reservations are automatically added during ticket purchase.

One of the goals of our production is through our new and modern re-adaptation, to capture present-day Hungarian reality.
The spectacular tournament of infantrymen and mounted knights - together with Italian flag-throwing show, archers’ show, medieval dance and falconry shows, as well as jousting - is held at the original tournament field of the royal palace with amazing performances featuring outstanding international participants, among others Lajos Kassai, the world-famous horseback archer. Come and be part of this real one-of-a-kind event which presents you and your family a very special blend of history, spectacle and fun!
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances.
