The Daveform Quintet, who are well-versed in the genre of modern jazz, have captured the attention of their peers with their unique sound and ecstatic music, which unites musical landscapes and styles. On 25 June, the world-famous vocal ensemble will arrive in Budapest to delight their fans with an unforgettable concert at the MVM Dome. This special event will be a unique opportunity to enjoy live their exceptional sound, operatic virtuosity and stunning musical arrangements.

Using an electroacoustic harp of his own design to play his tranquil, hypnotic, gently melodic and primarily instrumental songs, the Swiss Grammy-winner Andreas Vollenweider has stood among the giants of the New Age scene since the late ’70s.

Bea Palya is inextricably tied to one of Müpa Budapest’s most popular concert series, “My Silks” – Divas from around the world, where the audience is presented with a female singer who is not yet well known in Hungary.

“One is only an instrument played by the universe. A symphony must be like the world. It must embrace everything”, said Mahler, and this closeness to nature seems most manifest in his Symphony No. 3. The last time that the longest symphony in the history of music was performed by Mahler specialist Iván Fischer and the Budapest Festival Orchestra was ten years ago.

Jazz, opera, Broadway musicals: Morgan James is at home in all three. Her amazing voice, enthralling personality and striking on-stage presence were enough to convince Scott Bradlee to invite her to appear in Postmodern Jukebox videos and tour with the band from 2014.

Ezután Paganini komoly és mély érzelmeket is kifejező h-moll hegedűversenye következik. A darab lassú tételét, mely egy szívhez szóló imádság, két, hangszeres bravúrokkal teli tétel keretezi, majd egy népszerű nápolyi dal feldolgozását halljuk, a „La campanella”-t („Harangok”).
