Az indiai a világ legizgalmasabb, legvibrálóbb konyhája. Közel hozzák a mesés Indiát,
ismerjen meg több mint egy tucat különleges fűszert. Ha unja, hogy mindig ugyanazokat
az ételeket főzi, próbáljon ki új ízeket, alapanyagokat, technikákat, tanuljon újabb
recepteket! A különleges, indiai menü elkészítése a tanfolyam résztvevői által közösen,
miközben mindenki be tudja gyakorolni, otthon hogyan lehet a profi trükkök és
késtechnikák használatával sokkal gyorsabban, dinamikusabban főzni. A program jó
hangulatú, egzotikus vacsorával zárul.
A program időtartama 3 óra.

- Céklás és spenótos raita, naan kenyér
- Chicken tikka masala
- Zöldségkorma
- Badam kheer / indiai mandula puding

Artistic director and director-choreographer Balázs Vincze is very familiar with the tastes of dance aficionados partial to the traditions of bourgeois theatre and is superb at adapting familiar and popular literary classics to the dance stage. His wonderful sense of proportion enables audiences to follow plots in the language of dance. His contemporary choreographies built on classical foundations are unique, spectacular and of a high professional calibre without losing sight of the need to please the audience.
It is probably impossible to summarize this miraculous story of Mowgli, Bagheera who escaped from the cage of the human society, the wise Baloo, the mysterious Kaa or the vengeful Shere Khan. The Jungle Book is about birth and death, solitude and partnership, about the magic of youth – so everything which can happen with a kid who had grown up with wolves.
