The playful lightness of Joseph Haydn's compositions makes them a great introduction to the world of classical music. Piano Concerto No. 11 in D major is mostly famous for its Hungarian (all'Ungarese) rondo, which is also a testament to the influence of Mozart. The soloist in the concerto will be the young Domonkos Váray, who knows our ensemble quiet well already, since his father, Péter Váray, is a cellist in the MÁV Symphony Orchestra.
